Return & Refund Policy

My 30-Day Return Policy

I have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, just contact me at patternedbp15@gmail.com. If I accept your return, I’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. I’ll review the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (like beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once I accept the return, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Your item must still be in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once I’ve received and inspected your return, I’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
